Revisit these phrases and reframe them. Write down every idea or phrase and reframe them. For example, if you grew up hearing: “we can’t afford that, it’s too expensive”, write that down and state the inverse – “what if I can afford it?”
This simple act will allow your brain to think about possibilities and you will be amazed to see how other ideas of ways to afford that particular thing. It takes practice but can work wonders.
2. Surround Yourself with the Right Resources
An abundance mindset may not come overnight as it takes a serious approach to change the way you think.
The best way to remain focused on this path is to immerse yourself in resources that will foster an abundance mindset.

3. Practice Gratitude
This is the quickest and easiest way to see abundance all around you and in your life. Identify what you are thankful for – whether through a gratitude journal or by counting your blessings.
Once you see all that you do have you will notice a shift from scarcity and lack. In this gratitude exercise, it’s important that you acknowledge how far you’ve come and the resilience that you have shown along the way.
This will open the door for more opportunities to come into your life.
4. Adopt a Positive Mindset
Are you a half-glass full or half-glass empty person? How do you look at life? Do you believe in possibilities or are you always imagining that the worst will happen?
