Abundance is all around you and it will find you if you take the time to open your thoughts to new ideas.
With this 25-day abundance journal, you will feel more abundant after 25 days with a renewed sense of empowerment. You will no longer be affected by a scarcity mindset but will feel alive and ready to receive more in your financial life.
Now let’s get into the 25 Days of Abundance steps.
25 Days of Abundance: A Daily Guide
Day 1: Be Kind to Yourself. Abundance begins in your mindset and you need to forgive yourself for past mistakes, misjudgments, and failures. Start anew with a renewal of your mind.
Day 2: Wealth is a state of being and is not based on your possessions. You can lose everything in a matter of seconds but a healthy outlook on life can help you weather any storm. Focus on your capacity to build and not what you have.
Day 3: You are good with money. Don’t believe the myth that you can never master money management. It takes work, but you can learn to manage your money and do it well.
Day 4: What are your beliefs about money? Do these beliefs ring true? Food for thought.
Day 5: Taking time to replenish your soul and your mind is at the core of self-care. Take a sabbath day off and enjoy the benefits.
Day 6: How often do you celebrate your money wins? That money podcast you listened to, that book you bought to finally learn about investing. Those are steps in the right direction.
Day 7: Do you know what your purpose is and are you tapping into that purpose? Take some quiet time and reflect on what you are good at and what change you would like to see in the world. Make a plan to do something about it.
Day 8: Are you an emotional spender? Do you buy stuff for comfort? Assess why you may overspend, there could be a bigger reasoning behind it
Day 9: Spend some time learning about your money, how much are you earning and how much are you saving? Having a money date: 1 hour per week/month will help you to learn more about your money
Day 10: Why are you in debt? Is it really because of poor money management or because of necessity? There’s a difference, be kind to yourself.
Day 11: When was the last time you looked at your financial statements – bank statements, credit card bills etc? Go through them and let the numbers tell you a story
Day 12: Do you have an emergency fund? This fund is important as it provides a buffer for any emergencies that may arise. Open a high-interest savings account and start saving today.
Day 13: Looking for an easy way to become financially literate? Start listening to podcasts – it’s fun and you can do it while cooking and driving. My favorite personal finance podcast is So Money by Farnoosh Torabi.
Day 14: Creating a budget isn’t hard. To set up a budget that works for you, start by writing down your income and your expenses. Next, start to give every dollar a job – to your expenses, to your essentials (food, health etc.) and to your debt. This lets you know your financial position.
Day 15: There’s a limit to how far you can cut your expenses, in the end you will always have to pay your bills. However, there’s absolutely no limit to how much money you can earn. As a matter of fact, your earning potential is limitless as there are many ways in which you can make extra cash
Day 16: Did you know that one of the most important skills in negotiating is empathy? It’s considering things from the other party’s perspective and using that to advance your objectives.
Day 17: Nervous about negotiating your salary? Try going into the negotiation with an attitude of curiosity and inquisitiveness. That will take the edge off of the potential aggression.
Day 18: Knowing your net worth is very important because it gives you an accurate picture of your finances and can be a sobering exercise. You will get to see how your total financial life is adding up – if you simply are carrying lots of debt with little to no assets or vice versa.
Day 19: Automate your savings. Set up a system where you save the same amount every month and ensure it gets deducted from your bank account or from your paycheck. This is one of the secrets to building wealth.
Day 20: Here’s how I paid off $3000 in debt in 3 months. I made a budget, had a side hustle, and planned all my meals.
Day 21: Here’s a popular banking mistake to avoid. Not negotiating cheaper interest rates.
Day 22: Practicing gratitude is the quickest and easiest way to see abundance all around you and in your life.
Day 23: Here’s why abundance is important. It sets the stage for you to be open to the possibilities that life has to offer.
Day 24: Abundance starts with giving. Nobody has ever gotten poor by giving.
Day 25: Be open to more in your finances by taking the right step to build wealth.
I hope these 25 Days of Abundance will inspire you to make the most of your wonderful life.
